Meet the Founder

Hello, I’m Yvonne Asamoah-Tawiah, founder of The YAT Hub.

Min. Yvonne Asamoah-Tawiah is a British Army HR Specialist, Finance Educator, gospel recording artist, worship minister, speaker, and community leader whose passion is to transform lives through faith, financial empowerment, and community impact.

She is the founder of The YAT Hub, a platform that unites three purpose-driven organisations: YAT Ministries, YAT Finance, and YAT Foundation CIC. Together, these three pillars reflect her commitment to serving people holistically, spiritually, financially, creatively, and within their communities.

Through YAT Ministries, Min. Yvonne is dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ through worship, biblical teaching, prayer, conferences, and discipleship. Her ministry exists to lead people into a deeper relationship with God, strengthen believers in their faith, and equip individuals to discover and fulfil their God-given purpose.

As the founder of YAT Finance, she is passionate about improving financial literacy and helping individuals and families make informed financial decisions, build long-term wealth, and create lasting legacies. Drawing on her previous experience working in finance, she delivers practical and accessible financial education that empowers people to take control of their financial future. She is currently furthering her professional development by studying with the London Institute of Banking & Finance, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and excellence in financial education.

Through YAT Foundation CIC, Min. Yvonne provides strategic leadership to programmes that advance financial capability, community development, arts, music, and creative talent. The Foundation is committed to creating opportunities that empower individuals, strengthen families, nurture artistic excellence, and foster thriving communities across the United Kingdom. By bringing together education, creativity, and community engagement, YAT Foundation CIC seeks to inspire hope, unlock potential, and deliver lasting social impact.

Alongside her work across all three organisations, Min. Yvonne proudly serves in the British Army as an HR Specialist, where she has developed extensive experience in leadership, governance, administration, and people management. The discipline, integrity, and values cultivated through her military service continue to shape her leadership and influence every aspect of her work.

As a gospel recording artist and worship minister, her music has reached audiences across the United Kingdom and internationally, carrying messages of hope, faith, healing, and the unfailing love of God. Whether leading worship, teaching God’s Word, speaking at conferences, educating people about finance, or championing community initiatives, her mission remains the same: to inspire people to maximise their God-given potential and become positive influences within their homes, workplaces, churches, and communities.

Min. Yvonne is happily married to Harrison Tawiah, and together they are blessed with three children. She believes that strong families build strong communities and that leadership begins at home.
